Not planned correctly. Requires electrical resources, cabinets made off site to be delivered to site, and additional pneumatic hardware avaiable. Pro-West or similar to scope job before they leave March shut, in preparation for next shut. Majority could be completed outside a shut, with just the supply and valve tie in needing to be completed inside shut period
