T2 BM Feed Box Labyrinth was patched multiple times leading into the shut. Worn liners and parent metal damage is visible.
I don't think repairs to this are covered under the "T2 BX017 BMill Feed Box Liner Repl" maint plan?
Consequence
This area will blow out again once mill is online. High probability of causing T2 downtime.
