342TA009 was removed the shutdown due to some parts not arriving on time, Prowest were proactive and commenced this task pre shut utilising parts we had on site and are likely to complete the whole task by the end of the shutdown. 75% complete currently.
Consequence
We had the labour on site so we would have just burnt the hours waiting for the plant to come offline. Utilising our resources on site during the pre shut period has saved us money we would have otherwise spent in July.
